What kind of yoga is this? Do I need to be flexible or experienced?

No experience or flexibility needed! We focus on slow, gentle movement to release tension and reset your energy from the night before. It’s perfect if you’re just starting out or looking to reconnect with your body in a softer way.

Does it cost anything?

It’s 100% free. This class is my way of creating a space for community and care - without pressure or perfection. I know how hard it is to stay consistent when you're burned out or busy, so I want to offer something that helps you return to yourself weekly.

What do I need to join?

All you need is a quiet space, a yoga mat or towel, and a Zoom link (which you'll receive after registering). Optional: pillows or blocks for support. Come as you are - even in pjs - this space is for you to move, breathe, and reset at your own pace.
