My journey into wellness was sparked by personal challenges - from navigating years of grief and depression to getting through my own emotional burnout. Chronic pain became my shadow, worsened by delayed medical care - and a lost dream. These experiences ignited my passion for proactive relief and the importance of listening to my body’s signals for preventative care.
What started as a desperate search for peace became my passion: using gentle movement and nourishing rituals to rebuild resilience and rediscover vitality.
Now, I share this journey to help others like you - tired, overwhelmed, and seeking ease - find their own path back to themselves.
